Ryan was great to work with. I had a computer that i needed to have software reinstalled and i was having a hard time. He came and picked my mac up, fixed it, and dropped it back off with me the next day! Quick service and reasonably priced! Highly recommended and will definitely use him again! Thanks Ryan.
Ryan did an amazing job with our 2011 Mac computer. It is running better than its ever ran before, and the work was done quickly! Ryan gave me updates as he worked, and walked me through the diagnostics and repair. He also helped me problem shoot issues afterwards. A great experience, and I would highly recommend his services.

Ryan is awesome! Came to pick it up even though I lived outta Yakima, kept me updated on everything, picked up Monday and had it ready today, I loved the service, now I know who to go to when my MacBook need repair! I would definitely recommend to any who need help with Apple Macs! (:
Ryan is such an awesome person and a huge help in rebooting my Mac desktop after it wasn’t turning on properly. I was able to get an appointment by Wednesday, and have it diagnosed and fixed by Monday. During those days, he would give me updates and helped me in this situation.

I highly recommend Ryan for Mac repairs. He responds very quickly to all communications, is very professional, and his rates were very reasonable. I ended up needing to send my computer back to Apple, but Ryan was able to get it all backed up before I had to send it back. The service he provided was very quick and efficient.

I worked with Ryan for over 4 years at Efcom. He has continued the repairs after they closed. He is the best Mac technician there is. I recommend to everyone who owns Macs.
Ryan replaced a failing hard drive and cleaned up some issues we were having on our Mac. He does great work and he does it quickly. Very responsive to emails, Everything runs great!
